How D*mn good has Mike Brown been this year

Post#1 » by Roger Murdock » Fri Dec 5, 2008 12:41 am

He has been fantastic. We all wanted him to get an offensive assistant, but he fixed all of our offensive problems on his own. We look straight up amazing, and he is managing the egos, rotation, keeping us motivated, and we play all 48 minutes, even when we are up huge. Our defense and rebounding is still great as well. Everyone seems to love playing for him. He could and should win coach of the year.

I think all the haters need to apologize.

What do you guys think?

How can Brown be good? He's the worst coach in the entire NBA.

People have been saying he was crappy eventhough he's led the Cavs to win 50, 50, and 45 wins. He's outcoached supposedly better coaches in the playoffs and he made a team with not enough scoring and only mediocre defensive players into one of the best defensive teams in the entire league. And now this year he's built the team into one of the better offensive teams in the league. I'm starting to think Brown is a pretty fantastic coach as well.

I agree too. And it's sad that so many have doubted him. And like TheOUTLAW said, people were criticizing him, but yet look at our records over the last few years.

Honestly I think Mike Brown is the main reason for our success this year.

Well, I have been critical of Brown and his offense in the past, but so have most of us here. I guess if you have the players you look like a genius. I have to give him credit. And I also have to give outlaw props for saying long ago that Mo was the guy he wanted from the Bucks. I thought he would be good on this team, but I wasnt as optomistic about how well he would fit.

He studied under Messina. That's reason enough for the improvement.

First off, I apologize. I was a bit of a Mike Brown hater. Loved how he created a very good defensive team, reminiscent of the Fratello teams. He has certainly corrected the offensive problems of the past. There is barely anymore LBJ standing at the top of the key winding down the clock and going iso. I am ready to give Mike the props that he deserves.
Is Larry Hughes having fun yet?

whenever the goatee comes out, you know it's business time. I've always loved Mike Brown and thought he'll be a good coach. It also helped him that he followed Paul Silas and Randy Whitman. Randy Randy, now that's a bad coach right there
