I wish I had that kind of discipline. I'd just end up playing video games and watching pornography all day.

Few things in life can create angst like those two. Should be a good warm-up for starting writing.

That's it, it's been way too long since I say a dead baby joke.
ehhem.
Why did the dead baby look like a hundred diamonds?
I pushed it through a chain link fence.
thank you thank you. Satan, I'll be cruising over with a sixer later.

^I was confused then mildly disturbed. Thank you, sir, may I have another!
hermes, Sophie's World was a good book. A good present to get chicks! One should always warn it's not so much a story as it is a summary of philosophy. I'm most impressed with the ending though, great way to end the book.
Also, another good book to get a chick is J.D. Salinger's Franny and Zooey (which is how Zooey Deschanel got her name).
I got this one girl "Secret Life of Bees" and I already regret it. I actually read it after I gave it to her and I realized it sucks.

Hmm.. Sophie's World looks like an interesting read. I haven't really read a book that I've been impressed by for quite a while now. I need book suggestions for all the flying around the country I'm going to suffer through over the next 2 months.
Hey miles, I'm going to be in NYC tomorrow night (arriving at Penn station). Someone told me that's near Ktown? Any suggestions for restaruants? Thanks dude.

Sure...you mean korean restaurants or any restaurants in the city? You going with a girl, by yourself, or with some friends?
Kum Kang San is probably one of the most popular places on 32nd...nice place, good spot to take a date, pricey, decent food.
Kun Jip is also popular, but not as nice as kum kang san. Food is decent.
New york kom tang, for one of the best BBQ options - they use wood charcoal instead of the usual gas - this is similar to Soot Bull Jeep on Catalina in L.A. - my favorite korean BBQ ever so far.
Seoul Garden for Soondubu (sp?)
For late night, I usually to go Kang Suh (for meat) and Han Bat (for beef stew and fried rice) decent places to go after partying (hopefully not in Murray Hill!)
These are all a couple blocks east of Penn station.
There are some funky, Americanized, hipper korean restaurants downtown, I see plenty of them in the village where I live, but I've never been there.
Most people will tell you there's better korean food in jersey (fort lee) or flushing...which may be true, but when I'm jonesying for the best korean food, I just go to my parents' in jersey.
I know the some of the best pizza joints, best italian, best indian, best hotdogs, whatever...let me know and I'll give you my 2 cents.
How long are you going to be in the city, what are you going to be doing? Have time to hang out?

Thanks for reminding me...I ordered it before from a seller on amazon and it never came, I was hoping it would eventually arrive. I think it's time to cut bait and order another copy.

Re: Community Thread VIII
First semester of University is almost over.. Got 2 exams next week and then 3 the week after. Hence, why I've been so inactive lately. 3 months went by real quick, lol.
Hope everyone here's still doing well. KB8MVP, how is your dog doing, man?
Weather has been insanely weird this year. Winters have been getting less intense over the years but this year was ridiculous. No real snow (that lasted more than a day) until Dec. 2.. I remember when my sister was born in '97 on Oct. 5, there was a snow storm going on for 2 weeks prior.
Crazy.

Hey DoctaJ, thanks for asking, he's doing a lot better, there's no more bleeding, he still coughs as if he has asthma or something, but we think he's on the road to recovery. A doctor is sending his testings on him to a specialist, so hopefully we get the real diagnosis soon. Good luck studying for your exams, but remember, don't study too hard.

Yeah Kno! That'll be a good end to your exams, eh?
How'd your semester go?
That's good to hear KB8. Hope he turns 100% fine.
Thanks man, I'll need it for a couple of these exams, haha.

You know whats the best trick with women and porn.......... You always leave one in your playstation and then when she comes over and your suppose to watch a movie together, you turn on the playstaion first and walk away as you have the remote for the TV and you start walking away lets say to the bathroom or the kitchen you turn it on, and you let the porn run as you walk away and then when your not around you either hear her say.
Hey honey you know you have a porn dvd in there, or wow whats this, or you hear nothing, then when you come back you act all surpirsed like............ If she likes it, you say dam I forgot to take it out, or if she doesnt like it and she acts wierd about it, you tell her my boys had it in there last night, they were just checking it out.
But 99% of the time they're cool about it, some want to skip the moive and they get all into the porn.
They actually confess to all the things they have done or what they like to do.
Its the most easiest way to get girls fired up and throw the freak test at them.
Try it, I promise you it works like a charm...............

Tony, you are a sneaky bastard. I like it. My "game" needs all the help it can get, so I'm going to file this one away.

Another cool trick is to order pizza, then cut a hole in the middle
