nice game thread :D

FINALLY boozer should be back, playing full strength!! (I'm not missing collins honestly, he's a good backup center for the price we pay but the rookie center is kicking butt..playing a 4 win team.. on the road. Should be a good game and if we lose yeah.. very unhappy.)

GO JAZZ!

I hate playing teams the game after their coach got fired. I think the minnesota players are going to try harder this game and it will be more competitive. Last year it seamed like every coach got fired after playing Utah. This year they are getting fired before they play Utah.

Looking at the schedule, we play Memphis on Jan 16, I predict that Ivaroni will get fired on the 14th.

wow, cj looks really small in that pic.

Jazz should win this one, but then again, we lost both games in minny last year. If we are gonna make a run for home court advantage in the playoffs, we better start getting hot now.

Isn't Mike Miller playing? If he's not, I like our chances. Still, I think it will be a close game. McCants and Foye will be going for 20+ each.

Matt, thanks
Edfmx86, I think CJ pic is about two years ago (2006-07) you can see Price in a Kings Jersey.
Schneider, I don't know if Miller will play... he didn't play last game.

I think Boozer will sit this one out. He'll probably play Thursday. Expect another double-double from Millsap.

They haven't said officially but I expect Miller to play tonight. McHale also specifically said he wants him to get more shots. I'm looking for a big game from McCants, too. Two days ago I would have expected a huge Jazz blowout but I think the Wolves will come out loose and fired up (Wittman had them shackled with his micromanaging style). Should be a fun game to watch.

Last year we lost one of these games, let's not let that happen again, we can't afford it now that we aren't protecting our home court as well! Let's get em Jazz!!!

McHale's style will be much more open then Wittman. The players will be motivated more as well. Mchale will focus on big guys and Randy Foye.

It should be a fun game. We cannot defend jack.

I have no idea what to expect tonight. Kind of hoping for a Wolves win, because we need it. Last year the games with the Jazz have been fun.

All the boys in the band are back! Our season starts tonight with the first game with our starters on the floor together. Might be a slow start tonight getting everyone on the same page. However I expect the Jazz to catch fire and win by ten!
