The challenge is not getting yanked by not playing poorly. Nobody is actually yanked after one mistake. That's an exaggeration. Players are yanked when the team does worse because of their performance. Pretty simple, really. Players that are ready to contribute don't have that problem, often, and that's why it's not a problem with our team.

Well for the coach, but that hasn't really been what we were arguing about. But the idea that he automatically "shouldn't" be focusing on any of them is faulty.

Well the word is coming out that it's pretty much exactly in his job description to a certain extent at this point.
