Anyone ever sit in section 8?

Post#1 » by gelo05 » Wed Dec 3, 2008 7:16 pm

I was able to get 2 tix to the knicks and nets on Wednesday. Seats are located on Baseline Section 8 Row B.... Does anyone have any experience of sitting on or near these seats? Where are they located?

theyre behind that basket.. Ive sat in the section 9 (i think row D) because my dads boss has season tickets in that section and gives us tickets sometimes. Theyre really good seats. Really close to the floor and close to the players.

That's funny, I got section 9 row B seats to the Raptors game this friday.. Section 8 is right next to 0, so i'm guessing you're sitting right next to the basket :( Lucky bastard.

If you're still unsure, check out: http://www.seats3d.com/nba/new_jersey_nets/ You'll be able to find your row there (though not your exact seat unfortunately)

Enjoy the game anyway ;)

Those are pretty sweet seats.

I've had very similar to those numerous times.

Had basically those exact seats way back when Kidd and Penny were on the Suns, on a fast break Kidd got fouled and came barreling into the crowd and landed on some 70 year old lady and her husband the row in front of me.
Beer and popcorn went everywhere.
Good times.

Some of the best seats I had were literally 3 rows behind the Pistons bench about 5 years back.
Some little kid behind me stole my nachos and I was a little intoxicated, so I decided to blame it on Chauncy Billups.
I heckled him the whole 2nd half about it.
He had a terrible game and late in the 4th when he was on the bench he turned around and looked at me and said, "I hate you man", and then turned back around.
One of the highlights of my Nets fandom.

I also had the same seats for a Nets/Hornets game and decided to heckle Corey Alexander most of the game his rookie year after he started a small problem with one of our guys.
At the end of the game he stood up and stared me down with his fist clenched.
I told him to come take a swing at me, I need the money and I know a good lawyer.
He stomped off the court into the lockerroom like a grown baby, pouting.

I love lower level seats by the court.
