He never played an ounce of D, which is fine because neither do we ;)

Is it sad that over the past four years I'd get mad whenever anyone said something similar to the last line, but now I'm totally fine with it because we absolutely blow?

Better being good at one thing and suck at the other than sucking at both.

The Suns are now 5-0 when Nash/Bell/Hill/Amare/Shaq is the starting line-up. It shouldn't have taken Porter THAT long to realize that was the line-up he should have gone with from the beginning since that was the line-up that won 15 of its last 20 games last year.

It also shouldn't have taken him THIS long to realize that he should let the team run. Look how much better the offense looks when he lets them run instead of passing the ball to Shaq all the time and just standing around watching him!

Oh, and the defense STILL sucks under him.

Nice win against the Bucks, but still too early for me to change my opinion about Porter.

I think we have Porter for the duration...and it will be the grumblers that are gone. And as long as the focus remains on Terry, the heat is removed from Kerr...

You, kind sir, are a bit of a pessimist aren't you? I only ask because you don't ever really seem to have anything positive or optimistic to say on this board.

I think the Suns job is a very attractive job.

- Several future Hall of Famers (Nash, Shaq, Amare, Hill) to go along with a really good supporting cast with players like Barnes, Bell, Barbosa, and Diaw.

On talent, the Suns are definitely a contender and a great team, the issue, as many have said, is the coaching.

As much as I disagree with Kerr's decision to hire Porter and not interviewing Thibodeau and Saunders, I will at-least give him credit for interviewing an impressive group of candidates and taking his time.

Pretty soon I think it'll be quite attractive due to the expirings, and the fact that expectations will be REALLY low...which sucks

Alvin Gentry for Coach.

Why not?

It can't get any worse.

At least the players will back him.

I am positive...absolutely positive the past 3 yrs our front office has screwd up this team.

It is also my belief that the way Sarver has bottom-lined this franchise, the way that Kerr was arm chairing D'Ant...Their over all inexperience come draft day and deals..... well, I think some possible candidates were not the least bit interested in walking into 'The Blunder-Dome' .

Jeezus...like D'Ant or not, they basicly showed one of the top coaches in the league, the door when he said 'No' to being a 'Yes' man. Kerr wanted Defense... yet he traded away, in the name of the ALL MIGHTY BOTTOM-LINE, two of our most consistant defenders (Jr/KT) right when we were on the brink. Think that stuck in D'ant craw ? ' He tells him to practice more Defense...well, you see where that has gotten us. I'll stop here.....
Its just my theory as to why Porter is here.

I repeat...Yes, I am positve....and your inquiry earns you the prize...

PS... if you want to believe our Mole...one grumbler will be gone :-?
What ? Me Worry ?
