With a win tonight the Sixers will have won 6 of 7.

After The Bobcats things get a bit tougher. How many wins do you expect.

I don't like predicting exact outcomes 'cause I always end up jinxing it. The next stretch of games will definitely show what this team is made of and if they can beat elite teams, though. Obviously I don't think they will be able to beat all of the good teams but hopefully they keep all the games close and pull off a couple of wins against the Magic, Celtics, Lakers, Pistons and Cavs.
Believe it or not I still believe this team is very talented and if they can limit the dumb mistakes and play to their strengths on offense they can be a very good team.
I've liked what i've seen for Iggy lately. He's playing his butt off and has contributed on both ends of the court, also creating for his teammates. His J will get more consistent as the season goes on but for now he's doing a good job of driving to the hoop and creating for his teammates.
It'll also be interesting to see how Brand does against elite teams because this is where his impact will be seen. If he can dominate and lead us to a win against LA or Boston then it's a great sign of our team's chances in the playoffs.
Overall, I'd be more than happy if we went 6-4 in the next 10 but it could get ugly if Mo keeps making dumb decisions

I'd be happy if we went 5-5 this next ten, considering the opposition. I think we have the talent to be as good as the Magic, Chi, or Cle, but whether we're there remains to be seen. C'mon Mo, let's work on some set plays tonight.

We only play 4 teams that actually are good. But Detroit is a rather .500 ball club so far with AI, I'm not sure what to expect from them. Transition greatness. Or missed shots, turnovers and lousy D.

Detroid may be going through a ransition period getting used to AI but they're still a top team as the Lakers and Cavs would tell you.

5. I'm sure there'll be an upset win and a disappointing loss. Maybe two of each.

Stop calling the Cavs a top team, they will barely win 44 games. I still stand by that.

Ughh I meant they would tell you that because they got their asses handed to them by Detroid last week.

Well we are off to a good start.

It might sound crazy but if we split the games with Chicago would could be looking at a 1-6 start to this 1o game stretch. We can easily lose to Boston,Orlando,LA & Detroit.

I'm less interested in watching this team play then at any time since AI left. That may not make sense, given they have better talent right now- but I guess its just hard to be excited about a team that plays well below expectations every night (even when they win.)

You're not alone tk.

Usually I watch 90% of Sixers games but the last few games I've only watched when it's available on Comcast OnDemand. I usually watch them late at night when I'm falling asleep (at least they're good for something).

I feel the same with the Eagles. Mo and Andy are awful in-game coaches, I'm sick to death of both.

If the Sixers keep playing ugly ball hopefully Stefanski will fire Mo soon. Even if we somehow end up with a worse coach, at least I'll be interested again.

I agree with both of you. Other than Thad this team has been boring to watch so far this season.

I'd say the Bulls are a gimme. We gotta at least split that, no interior defense. Perimeter defense outside of Rose is iffy.

2-7 heading into game 10. So much for them turningthe corner with that 6-1 stretch ;)

Also looks like 90% of us were still thinking this team was better than it really is.

Looks like a nice little 2-8 stretch and it took a semi miracle comeback against Detroit to get one of those wins. Its a good thing the Phils won it all because this has been a miserable season so far. :-?
