Preview:

G Kevin Martin missed his 13th game, including the last two, because of a sprained left ankle. The team's leading scorer at 20.8 points per contest, Martin underwent an MRI on Monday that revealed no new injury. There is no current timetable for his return. ... Monday marked the first game of the seventh back-to-back of the year. So far, the first of back-to-backs have been unkind to the Kings, who dropped to 0-6 in those contests. ... The Kings evened the score on six different occasions but were unable to get over the hump to take a lead.
C David Lee injured his lower back in the third quarter when he fell over Nets G Vince Carter and did not return. Coach Mike D'Antoni did not know the extent of the injury but hopes to have Lee back in the lineup for New York's next game on Saturday. ... Lee had 10 points and one rebound, snapping his string of 10 consecutive double-doubles. ... G Chris Duhon was 5-of-5 from the line and has made 31 consecutive free throws. ... The Knicks expect to G Nate Robinson available on Saturday. Robinson has missed six of the last seven games with a groin injury.

Must be true, if it's a rumor you read on Hoopshype.

The Knicks have played decent this season, very competitive...

the system of play must fit your players and not the other way around, its amazing what happens when you actually play the players who fit the system you play

Knicks are a mediocre team and they're playing on the road. This "should" be a game the Kings can win...

my prediction...Kings get blown out by 20.
This space needs to be filled with a new sig...but I'm too lazy to make one.

I'm predicting the second Kings blow out this season, the first being was against the Lakers on Tuesday night.

I HATE the Knicks, although I despise the Lakers.

I don't think we'll win this game because the Knicks are a MUCH better offensive team than we are...and we seem to struggle against those teams.

Somehow, I wish we wouldn't have won against the Lakers on Tuesday...now Reggie will probably stay for a few more weeks *sigh*

Come on Kings step up your effort. I was expecting a good game here.

Hm? You were expecting a good game from the Kings?

...obviously you haven't seen a Kings game this year.

The sad thing is, that was arguably not even our worst half of the season.

Well it was nice knowing you coach Theus, 69 points in the first half by the freaking Knicks??????? I really believe he's gone now because the Maloofs called NBA TV and asked them if they would not show the highlights from the first half lamo. That's how you know you're getting dogged.

I really hope you didn't take that comment by Kamala seriously. If you did, I have some ocean-front property in Elko that I would like to sell to you.

Kings at least are making a very good effort this half in cutting into the Knicks' lead. That with the line up of Beno, Garcia. Salmons, Thompson and Hawes. Folks, this should be the starting line up from here on out. Put Miller on the bench next to Douby and Kenny Thomas. I am sick and tired of watching him stand on the floor and watch guys run past him on the defensive end of the floor.

I hope he caught Kenny Thomasitis and is nailed to the bench for the rest of the season. He has flat out sucked lately.

Of course I didn't take the comment made on NBA TV literally. No one has that much juice except David Stern. It was pretty funny though.

If only we would have never beat the Lakers, we would already have a new coach.... :(
