You guys think you'll unload Brad Miller soon?

Good player, but Spencer Hawes looks fantastic and the last thing he needs is his minutes cut.

Any rumors or feelings on the subject?

Thanks

Of all the kings have only brad makes kevin's life easier...hawes has been good so far but still picks up silly fouls and a little more experience behind brad...

We never know what Petrie's plans are but with how brad has played so far his value is just getting better...so far haven't really heard much rumors about dealing brad

I don't see Brad being moved until at the EARLIEST the trade deadline. Even then I think it's doubtful. Maybe over the summer would be more likely.

I'm one of the ones that thinks Brad is here until his contract runs out, maybe he even re-signs here, I don't know.

Yeah I think he may be here til his contract runs out, but then he's going to Indy to retire. Book it.

Find a third team...there's really nothing on the Mavs roster that is of interest to us.

^ If Dirk were from England that may have been funny.

I think B. Jax and Miller are GREAT package for a team trying to get over the hump. IF he goes he's going to a team that's willing to part ways with a stud in the making.

It would have to be something with solid long term value. Expiring contracts are good, young players are better. Like a Miller for Gerald Wallace type deal.

Well i didn't wanna start a new thread but this is something i came up with, you also get a 09 1st from Cleveland an 09 2nd from the Raptors. It is pretty much just for expirings though, even though Pavs can be considered young talent. So far he has been pretty good this season in terms of playing within himself. He has started to see increased minutes because of his defense, but he is shooting over 40% from 3. Fg% is moving up a little at around 42%. His contract for next season is only guaranteed about 1m if he was released. Just a starter idea, could be improved but just tell me what you think. I don't know what you guys would be looking for via free angecy because i know you guys wanna develop those young bigs.

^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

That trade is definitely interesting. I think I would probably do it. Although I would prefer Gerald Wallace.

Nah, as much as Brad is pissing me off right now, I'd like to still get expirings and a 1st for him. And if we look at that as one part of the deal, the other part is Salmons for Pavlovic and a 2nd rounder, which is a definite pass.

Kings wouldn't do that deal. John Salmons and Brad Miller better bring back a little more than expirings and a super late 1st.

How about Miller and Salmons for Wallace and Carroll?
