Good win for Kris he showed that he's more than just a good striker even thought it was against a guy with a weak ground game.

Kris was my favorite fighter from the beginning and I didn't even know that he was from Winnipeg (close to where I grew up) I really hope this guy goes far.

I really really really hope Nog subs him.

Agreed. Junie has some talent, but he does not have enough talent to make up for being a mental midget. Like any sport, talent alone can take you pretty far, but eventually you run into equally talented people and it becomes a mental game.

That happened to Junie last night and he failed miserably.

Nover (should be a good fight...I think both have a future in the UFC)
Bader (I felt like he was the class of the show the whole time, but Vinny is a bad matchup, so we'll see)
Johnson (I friggin hope so....I want to see this guy against a legit opponent soon)
MacDonald (Gouveia is having a rough time with the weight cut)
Junie (still a douche, but now a douche at Xtreme Couture, and Kaplan sucks)
Kysfcyiwajastof (easy fight...should be fighting Marshall)
Marhsall (easy fight....see above)
Kingsbury (I just liked him better)
Nelson (seemed to be a pretty talented guy that just happened to face a finalist in the first round)
Roli (I think this will be a very good fight)

Junie looked and acted great. Xtreme Couture has done wonders for him. Efrain and Bader looked great too. All 4 finalist have very bright futures IMO.

Wow.. Efrain manhandled Phillipe!

And I was actually hoping Vinny would pull it off, but he needs more work in his stand up I suppose.

Anthony Johnson with KO of the night too, he deserved that after the eye poke crap.

I hate to overhype guys, but Anthony Johnson reminds me of GSP early in his career. Just a sick athlete who looks like a 205 fighting at 170. Huge and super athletic for his weight class. As he gets more polished, look out.

I thought Efrain had a better chance than he was being given, but i did not see him dominating the fight like that. Phillip looked smaller and weaker.

I still think Nover has potential, but maybe he would be better suited by a drop to 145 in the WEC. If he can get controlled like that by Escudero, what's going to happen when he fights Sherk, Griffin, Stevenson, Guida, Edgar, Maynard, etc.

On the other hand, congrats to Escudero for winning and all that, but he's going to have a hard time in the LW division as well if his strength is wrestling. Although I guess it's not really fair to expect either guy to come right off the show and challenge the class of the division. The problem is, LW is so tough and so deep, if you aren't taking on guys like that, there's not much point in talking about you.

Junie looked great inside and (surprisingly) outside of the cage. Nice to see some humility and class from that guy. If he stays with Xtreme Couture, he could still be the top LW to come out of this season of TUF. He should change his name to Junie "Bad News" Browning though.

Vinny has a lot of work to do to become a complete MMA fighter. He looks like he has the tools, and he's young, but his MMA record is like 2-3 or 3-3 or something now, and I doubt he's been facing top competition.

Bader looked great, and in a few years he might really make some noise at LHW, even though it's a really tough division.

Anthony Johnson is a fighter I always get excited to watch. If he can continue to translate his athletic ability into MMA skill, the sky's the limit for him. But like I said, I'd like to see him fight a legit opponent, just to see where he really stands (no disrespect to Kevin Burns, he seems like a tough guy who will probably be around the UFC for a while to give good fights).

I agree Phillipe should drop to 145. I think Escundero will continue to improve, look at what Grey Maynard has done coming in through TUF with a wrestling base. Rashaad as well. You have to keep in mind how raw some of these TUF guys are. I don't ever see Efrain as a title contender, but he can be very good.

Eh, speaking of overhype, I wonder what Dana thinks after Phillipe lost... after he himself compared him to GSP and said he was the most talented guy ever on TUF. No doubt he was pulling for Phillipe to win.

Anthony Johnson just looks like a beast out there, great skill and incredible physique, but yeah he needs to fight tougher guys.

Side note: This guy Kevin Burns, why is he allowed to fight? I mean no disrespect, but with his broken(fractured) hand he can't throw a closed fist punch and consistently either pokes the guy in the eye or is cognisant of breaking it again (or w/e the injury)... seems like a lose lose situation there.
