Walker? Flame-proof
I know I post this at the utmost risk of being shamelessly flamed, but the thought occurred to me that if Walker is bought out MEM that if he is in decent SHAPE, he might be valuable to us in PHX as we mount a run. It might save us from needing to trade out Barbosa to get us more depth.
Nash/ Barbosa/ Veteran FA (Armstrong?)/ Dragic
Richardson/ Tucker
Hill/ Barnes/ Dudley
Stoudemire/ Walker/ Amundson
Shaq/ RoLo
Walker's 3-point shooting and offensive rebounding in spot minutes could be beneficial. As much as I hate to admit it, he actually has a decent post-up game to similar to Boris.
Let the flames begin.

He has shown that he measures high on the laziness scale, but he does have skill, and would be cheap. As was pointed out above, he has also already won a championship with Shaq. Don't know if they're friendly, but it is something.

I say yes.
1. He's played with Shaq before.
2. He can shoot the three, spread the floor.
3. He will play for Mexican food.

No. I doubt he can still run the court. This guy is useless. I'd rather welcome Tim Thomas back here.

Yes, we finally get rid of Diaw after praying to the basketball gods. Let's replace him with a slower, lazier version.

Re: Walker? Flame-proof
LOL!! Walker?? Really???
You dont know what you are saying... this guy has the lowest bball IQ ever.. takes bad shots and only makes some cause of the volume... not a good shooter at all imo. Hes that player that you scream at, throw things at the tv, etc.. No to Walker please.... we got rid of Diaw, why bring in Walker?.. i want to be able to watch the games without having to scream at the tv for a change!!!!!

LOL...I said flame proof. Don't hate the messenger.
You'll notice that in my original post that the word SHAPE is capitalized as that makes a huge difference to his game. It's a long-shot, and I'm grasping at straws, but Barbosa has been playing well, it will be tough to give him up, which we will probably have to do to return a good PG and help at the 4.

You're not the messenger, you created the idea! That's like me calling you an dumbass and saying "hey I was just delivering what my brain said!"
still a bad idea
