Can Bell finally look like he isn't the worst player in the NBA?

Spectre: You're right, he's not the worst player in the NBA; we know what that looks like, his name was Jeff.
Bell is, however, #62 of 74 SGs, so merely a very bad backup SG, or really good 3rd-stringer. The bottom line is he's below replacement-level right now, and it's not as if he's bringing the D anymore. He was bad in Phoenix this year too, so it's not as if I'm basing it only on these 2 games (though they were unmitigated disasters). The reality is that he can do nothing except play man defense and shoot 3s, and when you're missing the latter and the former is fading....
Also, just dragging yourself on the court doesn't win you any prizes... he's worse than Carroll, worse than Felton at SG, and probably just shouldn't play much. I went back and looked, too... the list of players who had over 250 minutes at Bell's level of production (8.5 PER):
Jeff McInnis
Adam Morrison
Kevin Burleson
Theron Smith
...inspiring, no?
