You guys are pretty harsh. Mike's obviously better but as Tanquay pointed out last night, the Celtics are undefeated with him calling the game!

Greg's interview with Michael Phelps was pretty brutal. Keep asking him questions about his caloric intake, Greg -- makes for a great interview!

I think Gary did a pretty good job. What I liked about it was how much raw emotion he put into it. I would say he did a very good job. Dickerson is a tool.

Tanguay on play by play is cringe worthy. Bump up Grande instead of this clown.

I think it's very important to hear the number of fouls a player has after EVERY SINGLE FOUL CALL. Pertinent or not, if your inflection makes it sound important it must be.

3rd foul for a bench guy at the start of the 4th? We need to know this. It may affect the outcome.

And AK47 is awesome. 5th highest scoring total for bench players in the league. He should put that up in his locker.

And I'd have to take issue with some of you. His laughter and enthusiasm do not sound contrived or forced at all. Not one bit.

^^^ It would be awesome but we would give away way to many trade secrets. So you can forget about it. :P

At least he's retired the "....why not?!?!?" call from last season. It seemed like he couldnt go consecutive plays without dropping that number.

As for Dickerson.... have you guys already forgotten "Coach" Willie Maye's halftime interviews with Tony Brown? You could feel the awkwardness coming through the screen, it was actually pretty amazing.

Dickerson's a tool but the guy actually does his job. He gets some good nuggets of info every once in a while and manages to embarrass only himself, rather than everyone involved.

I have a Willie Maye t-shirt i got at the goodwill in Porter Square for 50 cents. It has a caricature of him with this **** eating grin on his face and above him in huge letters it says THE COACH. Complete with a fake autograph.

I gotta get a picture of it up here.

I did not enjoy Garys announcing at all. I was sick in bed and could not tell what was going on when I wanted to just listen and close my eyes. My biggest gripe is that he will yell players names and then he wont say anything after it......

Example: Mike: Pierce with the hard dunk
Gary: Pierce!

Mike: Rondo hits the open J for 2
Gary: Rondo!

Please keep tongue tied Tanguay out of the booth!

Gary has a habit of getting hyped for the smallest of plays..

"PIERCE FOR THE (uncontested) LAYUP!!!!"

"RONDO DRIBBLES BETWEEN HIS LEGS!!"

But he was overall OK...a solid 5 out of 10.

Greg Dickerson brings NOTHING to the table (no sideline reporters do, they are all useless in any sport) and even though Willie Maye was an intellectual lightweight, I don't have this uncontrollable urge to punch him in the face and knock his teeth out the way I do with Greg...

And someone please explain to me why Willie Maye was called "COACH"? Coach of what, the all-man butt-lovin' quad?

And he still does his schtick, but now he works directly for the C's and does his **** contests during timeouts at games...and he looks a right **** in warmups and a headband!
It's still 17 to 11!!!!
