Why are you posting about how many games the Pacers are going to win and your fantasy league? If you dont have an intelligent observation or an update on Dunleavy you shouldnt be posting in here.

From what I have heard and seen Dunleavy could probably play this weekend but he wouldnt be 100% and wont be for some time. This team is a fringe playoff team so there is no need to rush him back especially with the way Daniels and Rush have been playing.

Here is an update from the Indy Star (dated 12/16).......

Dunleavy update
--I asked Dunleavy if he's had his right knee tested yet. He said it's not matter of going to the doctor and having it looked at.
He's doing court work to a certain limit and then the Pacers medical staff determines if he can do more.
He's coming along, but as mentioned before, it's still going to be awhile before he plays in a game.

So it sounds like hes still not close. And that whole thing about a test in 7-10 days (2 weeks ago) seems like it was BS. Entire link is below.

I'm going out on a limb and saying we dont see Dunleavy at all this season. In the next month, its going to be determined that he needs surgery, and since they farted around so long, it will end his season.

I say we locate David Craig, and get him what ever he wants, and we never have another serious injury ever again...

I think that is what is going to happen too. Hopefully he comes back strong next year with all that rest.

Mike practiced this morning in full contact drills with the team. No word on how he did or if the knee was hurting after practice. But I don't think they would have let him scrimmage with the team if they didn't feel Mike was getting close to being ready to resume regular full scale practices...and maybe in a week or two begin playing in some games with limited minutes.

Thats very good news for the Pacers. If we think we are going to go on a bit of a run, we will need Dunleavy. And even if we don't, it's nice to find out to see what type of value he has or maybe Daniels? It's always better for him to play then not. It's been long enough.
