Not a team that the C's matchup that well with. Should be a good game tonight. I still think they pull it out, but it will be close.

This is going to be a chippy game. Every rebound I imagine will be contested for.

Going to be a tough game. On paper, this should be no contest, but with emotions running high for Atlanta and the crowd it'll be close. Could go either way. If Ray and Rondo have good games, Cs should win.

If we can discourage the Hawks early and take the crowd out of it we will definitely have this one, but its going to be hard to get a big lead early with all the hype surrounding this.

I know, it does seem to be hyped a LOT, mostly coming from Atlanta's end...

Well, of course Atlanta is going to overhype this. It is a test to show last season's playoff run for them was legit. However, it is just another game for the Celtics. Win or lose it will not in any way tell us anything about this team. We know what the Cs are capable of on any given night.

Hopefully the C's will see this as more then just another game and see this as a statement game. PP and House will both be there. Just play the D for 4 Q's, RR do his new thing over Bibby and bring it home. C's by 7 8-)

This game is obviously not as big for C's fans, but it is a huge game for us Hawks fans. The Hawks are trying to prove that they belong with the top teams in the EC. We beat Cleveland and if we can beat Boston we will take a crucial step to proving that. After quite a few years of hell, things are finally starting to look up with this team, so you can't blame us for getting a little too excited for a regular season game in December!

Looking forward to a great matchup tonight,

Huh? Which paper is that?

My paper says the Hawks have lost only once at home this season. The Hawks lost our last game to Boston on a buzzer beater by Pierce when Smith wasn't playing, in Boston.

Obviously Boston is a much better team but by now it should be clear that the Hawks match up pretty well.

Got to love the hawks webpage

http://www.nba.com/hawks/Atlanta_vs_Boston.html

Anyway this is going to be a tough game for obvious reasons. Celtics have won 15 in a row and quite frankly are due for a loss. I don't have a good feeling about this game and I think the hawks are going to be all over the celtics tonight and will end up getting the win.
