This really goes back to my points from a few years ago: your offensive players have to be good enough to support an all-defense player on the floor. I really don't think our offensive players are good enough to do that, so a guy like Devean George shouldn't be on the floor due to offensive concerns.
Similarly, you hope your offensive players are good enough defensively so that one-dimensional defensive players (like George) have no place on the court. Unfortunately, I don't think they're good enough to do that either.
