Where are they now: David Terrell?

Post#1 » by blumeany » Tue Jul 3, 2007 8:44 pm

His NFL bio shows him playing 1 game with the Broncos in 2005....what happened to that guy? :D

From his Wikipedia article:

"Terrell Owens is not better than me, Keyshawn Johnson is not better than me, the only person better than me is me"--Terrell on April 2006 and he got zero receptions and zero touchdowns.

One former Bear I miss is Curtis Conway. He was my favorite Bear back in the late 90's.

because he was the only bear anyone knew. The bears sold 2000 jerseys in the 90's, 1999 of them were conways.

(yes, darth has a conway jersey, still in my closet)

(btw, the other 1 jersey was the salaam jersey I bought).

Yeah that was when I didn't follow the Bears a lot.
I started following the Bears a lot more back in their 2001 season. That was one magical season with all the late comebacks.

Yeah I watched in the 1985 season but after that we just couldn't put together a good team. 1986-2000 were boring years.

Man I was on the Salaam bandwagon draft day almost as bad as the Cade McNown bandwagon and the Curtis Enis Bandwagon. What wasted picks.

BTW, the first play I watched was Walter paytons first run. I was like 6 years old and my Dad calls me into the living room and says - Hey I want you to watch this guy - he's gonna be great and you can say you say his first game. Payton up the middle no yards - "Ok daddy can I go back upstairs now" ...."Sure, Go ahead"

Its funny how clear I remember that now. I wasn't a big fan until the crap years of the late 70s so it was cool watching the team get put together for the title.
