definitely kg!!! he was the man in the 4th. we should go down on him early in games and allow him to do what he was doing in the 4th against the hawks.

Where's Perkins? He led the team in rebounding, erased and disrupted a ton of shots and bailed out future HoF'er Ray Allen at the end of the game-- not once but twice. I went with Rondo but still, I feel the oversight, in regards to Perkins, was quite intentional.

Especially when Ray Allen's defense and decision making were terrible the entire night, not to mention an off-night shooting-wise, and you put him up for the Cigar. Jeese Louise.

I'm voted for this and it has to be KG. He hit the key shots during the end of the game that sealed it along with some free throws by Ray.

I was up between KG and Perk, I gave it to Perk for the block on johnson and the and 1 on the other end, his composure on both was awesome.

Had to go with KG. Really was the reason the C's were able to take the lead in the 4th.

KG. He, like the team, had problems getting in the flow and putting the biscuit in the basket for 3 quarters, and then stepped up when it counted. Some sweet moves by KG.

Play of the night was Perk's block. Or Johnson's missed FT. Ouch.

I don't vote on these cause I believe in team.....just wanted to leave this little piece from Rondo.

Doing so gave the Celtics their 16th consecutive win, and with home games coming against Chicago, New York and Philadelphia it seems likely they'll be gunning to make it 20 when they face the Lakers in a Finals rematch on Christmas Day. They also improved to 24-2 on the year, and are just two wins away from matching the best-ever start with two losses -- the 1966-67 Philadelphia 76ers and the 1969-70 Knicks both started 26-2. They can break that record at home against the 76ers next Tuesday. Perhaps most importantly, Boston avenged the three consecutive road losses they suffered here in last season's playoffs. And in a departure from the norm, it was Kevin Garnett who made the big plays down the stretch after a slow start. "I was sitting next to him in a timeout and said, 'Look, you've gotta take us home,'" said Rajon Rondo. ESPN.com

It said 2 things to me.......Garnett being clutch in this game and Rondo becoming the point we have been waiting for and taking charge of this team. 8-)

This order:
1. KG ('nuff said)
2. Rondo (ran the show, calmed KG down at the end)
3. Pierce (yes, over Perk. Did you not see that the Captain made some clutch shots too?)
4. Perk (the defensive beat)
5. Ray (just because I like him).

But only one counts, so KG it is!

Rondo was definitely bigger than KG. KG just lucked out that Smith picked up his 5th foul with 4 minutes left. Up until that point he hadn't done anything. He was only 4-12 from the field.

After Smith got his 5th the Hawks switched and put Horford on him and KG quickly got a couple of easy scores. Then at the end Smith was switched back on him but was reluctant to fight for position and let KG get too deep.

Smith pretty much shut KG down all game.
