* Guess who's tied with Grant Hill for the team lead in steals? ... Amare Stoudemire. For all his defensive faults, Stoudemire has shown good anticipation at times in jumping out on wing passes or getting around his man on post entry passes. But his blocks average has gone from 2.1 last season to 1.1 this season. Is that from being more careful defensively? His fouls are down from 3.7 to 3.2 per game.

* Amare Stoudemire has scored 20 or more points in eight consecutive games, a season-high streak. And Vince Kozar, Suns pharaoh of factoids, reports that all nine of Stoudemire's double-double games were also 20-10 games.

* The Suns rank 25th in the NBA in total rebounding percentage. Portland is first.

I was supposed to be driving down to Portland for this one. Have the tickets, booked a hotel for the night and everything. Then a massive snowstorm hits the Northwest and all that money down the drain. Guess I'll have to catch it on TNT. I wish the Sonics would come back...

Anyway, Suns should probably handle them tonight.

totally off point but if you switch their 2 and 3 positions in the pictures it looks like a light to dark shade scale... haha

should be an exciting game. Phoenix is my west coast team since a female friend of mine bleeds orange. I know she was devastated about losing diaw and Bell and d'antoni. Now with all the nash leaving rumours. I realize i've liked your team an hate the spurs after that series where they played rough on your team.
Good luck with tonights game. It's going to be great matchups and i like both your team and portlands. My loyalty is with phoenix the team. I want to see rudy, batum do well on portland
