Which Team is the Best?

I'm joining a keeper league. 5 Players are kept each season. I have the choice of choosing any of these teams to start this season. Which one should I choose? Also keep in mind that this is a keeper league so I need a group of players for the future as well.

Obviously it's between 1 and 2....

I'd lean towards 1 since it's a keeper league and more younger talent overall.
