Do you want us to get blown out by Boston on Christmas Day?

Instead of losing to Boston by a few points. If we lose in a blowout then Mitch will finally realize he needs to make a trade to improve this team. I just don't see us beating Boston or Cleveland to win a championship if there aren't any major changes to this team.

hell no, I want to win every game and hope we get home court for one. For two- I don't think Mitch needs a wakeup call to be in that format. I'd say the last handful of games has already started gears in motion.

Why would we want to do that?
We already know what we need to work on.
Whether we win or lose, its not going to make any difference. We have a lot of work to do.
But losing isnt one of them, we can still win and take our success and see what areas we need to improve just incase we do end up in the finals and if the Cs are one of the teams we might win we can use this game to improve on.

No, I don't want us to get blown out. I want us to start playing up to our potential instead of playing WNBA defense and actual win the damn game.

NO

what kind of question is this?

i know the team isn't where we would like it to be, but we're still winning, and having the team struggle and learn about itself, and work out the kinks, while winning is a lot better than all of that and losing

its too early to jump ship

WTF? Why would any true laker fan ask such a question, I can't believe we are disscusing this. Who would want or root for their own team to get blown away just so we maybe see a trade ESP by our biggest rival in sports right now?

Now will the blowout happen? Most likely because we are just not a great bball team right now or playing g like a good team. But I am not rooting for this massacure to take place. It was bad enough living through it the first time. I will never forget how Games 4 and 6 felt. I hold that pain inside my heart. Come Xmas day I will be here yelling just as I did during the finals. Not looking forward to it at all barring some unlikely events.

For the Record, Never will I root for a blowout for our team on our floor against the most hated team in the NBA and also the cockiest arguably in the past 25 years.

Yeah, I hope we get embarrassed. Something like kwame vs Phoenix which got us Pau. Maybe it brings out the "doberman" in Kobe and from there he leads the defense to where it has to be. Anyway this is a regular season game, in other words it don't mean sh*t. and No we aren't getting some kind of []REVENGE YEAH!!![/] by winning

The first couple of years after Shaq Kobe had to go god-mode to keep the Lakers competitive enough to get to the playoffs. It wasn't until Gasol was available by complete luck that the front office made a huge move.

I don't think it would take a blowout to convince management to do something to improve the team. Also, I don't know what's available as far as players on the block.

This is a different team already than the one that faced Boston in the Finals. We've got Ariza back, Josh Powell stepped in for Ronny Turiaf, and Bynum's back. Phil Jackson knows what needs to be done and I think the front office will make the appropriate moves to make sure they beat Boston.

With this roster, this year is this team's best chance to beat whoever it is that comes out of the East. If they don't, look for a few player personnel changes to be made.

Im with tony, i don't want the Lakers to lose any games period hehe.

We already know what needs to be done.. i think the front office already knows and are giving them the chance to shake things up are there will be consequences.

Maybe winning could be our turning point. A booster one might say toward more and more winnings hehe. I know for sure, with that win, it'll totally give the team the much needed motivation it needs.

Just can't stand seeing them lose any games.

Go Lakers!
