Raptors @ Thunder

Post#1 » by wizkid27 » Fri Dec 19, 2008 11:36 pm

Time to get things going against the Toronto Raptors. The combination of Bosh and O'Neal will most likely give us some fits inside, as we tend to struggle against solid inside scorers. Durant, Green, and Westbrook should be able to get to the basket, and therefore can hopefully draw some early fouls. Our best chance to win this game is by getting to the line early and shooting well from distance.

Congrats! The Thunder have played hard the few times I've seen them, nice to see them get a W.

That was a great game. Well, maybe not a great game by basketball standards... but a great game by competitiveness standards. Two of the lower end teams got together and actually put together a pretty good show. I don't feel like either team can probably walk away and say that they executed anywhere near the way they wanted to, however, when you get your 3rd win in game 27 any win will do!

It probably sounds pathetic, but I honestly think that this win was more fun to watch because it was only our 3rd... everyone was pumped at the end.

Sorry... things started out looking up for you guys, but the 2-8 over the last 10, including a loss to us just doesn't give off a really strong vibe.

If it makes you feel better, even a 40% shooting night for you guys probably would've put you over the edge and won the game. I really did enjoy watching though. What's up with O'Neal??? I really thought that alongside Bosh, he would kill us.
