Just the one change?

I'm going to say:

AFC East: New England Patriots (The Jets need one more year to take over)
AFC North: Baltimore Ravens (Their D is still going to be too good. Both Pittsburgh and Cincinnati will compete for this spot though, tough one to pick).
AFC South: Jacksonville Jaguars (they played well against tough teams last season... if they can manage to beat the texans, they'll do well. They can run all over Indy and that might be the difference.).
AFC West: Denver Broncos (Henry should help keep that monster running game they're used to in Denver. Cutler looked good last season and will only improve, and their D will be good as long as they have Champ).

NFC East: Philadelphia Eagles (Perfectly balanced team with one of the best QBs and a great coaching staff - they always find a way to win the division).
NFC North: Chicago Bears (The other teams in the division just aren't at a position to take this from them, though I'd like to see Favre have one more great season to end his career).
NFC South: New Orleans Saints (Payton has them going in the right direction - there's a lot of talent in the division but the other teams are a bit too inconsistent).
NFC West: St Louis Rams (Too much offense, too much Steven Jackson... they should have enough D to carry them to a division title).

AFC East: New England Patriots (it's the patriots... no explanation needed)
AFC North: Cincinnati Bengals (i believe the bengals will retake the division. baltimore had an awesome defense last year but this year they lost thomas and their offense ain't that much better. mcgahee is good but their offense is getting old)
AFC South: Indianapolis Colts (the colts are the favorites here. although their defense is going to be horrible, their offense will do the job)
AFC West: San Diego Chargers (chargers will dominate on both the defensive and offensive side of the ball. this division will be interesting cause denver is a close second)

NFC East: Philadelphia Eagles (people like dallas but i think tony romo is overrated and their defense is okay... i believe mcnabb will finally have a healthy year and bring the eagles back to the playoffs)
NFC North: Chicago Bears (weak division so chicago is the favorite here)
NFC South: New Orleans Saints (same weak division, the saints will run away with the division title)
NFC West: Seattle Seahawks (everybody is high on the rams and the 49ers but seahawks is the only team that is good defensively and offensively so they are still the champ in the NFC west

ACF

East- Patriots ( I shouldn't even have to explain this one)
North- Ravens (This will be a tough division, McNair is overrated, their O is very stagnant McGahee should help a little but their D will win them the division.)
South- Colts (The Jaguars will challenge them this season but the colts offense will win the divison.)
West- Broncos (The Broncos new acquisitions of Travis Henry and Daniel Graham will take the offense to levels it hasn't seen since the days of Elway, TD, and sharpe. Travis Henry seems to fit the 1 cut system to a T, Daniel Graham is widely regarded as the best blocking tight end, something they haven't seen since the days of Shannon Sharpe. With the big bodies they got on the D-Line the broncos will once again be the only team to be able to slow down LT. Oh and they got an alright secondary (Bly, Bailey, Lynch, Ferguson) They got one of the best slot receivers in the game in Stokely. Got Sauerbrun back which will help that special teams unit tremendously, plus their returner Hixon (a lot of hype around him) in back and healthy)

/bronco rant

NFC

East- Eagles (the best overall team in the east)
North- Bears (The easiest division in football? Chicago easily takes it again)
South- Saints (They prove last year wasn't a fluke and that Brees in a top QB in this league. Best offense in the NFC)
West- 49ers (here is a surprise team but he they can continue to develop watch out NFC this is definately the conference's darkhorse)

None of you have picked the correct NFC South winner, but other than that I don't see much changing from last year. Maybe San Fran or St. Louis surprise and take that division.

I dont see how its much of a surprise if SF or St.Louis takes the NFC West. SF was only 2 games back and the rams were a game back, and lost both seahawks game on a dieing second 50 yard fg.

You guys laugh at High 5, but the South is always a dog fight(pun intended) down to the last week.

I won't be surprised if someone wins 10-11 and doesn't win the division.

I think Tampa Bay is gonna surprise a lot of people this year. They already have a good defense but now they got a pretty good qb in jeff garcia. With Williams as there RB. So I think they will challenge New Orleans for the division title.

NFC East Philly
NFC North Chicago
NFC West 49ers
NFC South Tampa Bay

AFC East New England
AFC North CIncy
AFC West Denver
AFC South Indy

Um, no one was laughing at me jerk.

But it should be a good year for the division. Atlanta, Carolina and Tampa should all be improved. Not that Tampa could be much worse. I think the Falcons are either going to have a great year with the new coaching staff making a huge difference, players staying relatively healthy and the young players really stepping up, or the opposite happening and we're 3 or 4 games under .500.

This is a joke right? I mean seriously did you forget that New Orleans is in the NFC South and as long as they are healthy they are going to win the division hands down, with Carolina in a close second. Tampa Bay is going to be lucky to win 6 games with the team they have let alone compete for the conference title. Sorry to burst your bubble, but the Lions have as good of a chance to go to the Superbowl this year as the Bucs have a chance to win their division.

I hate to admit it, but as long as Vick is on the Falcon's they are a threat.

People like to nitpick with his passing ability, but he's killed us running so many times that I wish we could just see a traditional quarterback.

We should be the favorites right now, we have 21 of 22 returning starters, and added depth and experience at weak spot, a year of experience in the system, our coach isn't a rookie etc.....

Since we switched to this division set up, the South was supposed to be the worst, but IMO has been the toughest.

AFC East: Patriots, added Thomas to an already outstanding defense, have the best D-line rotation in the league, added more weapons on Offense. Only thing that concerns me is their mediocore offensive tackles.

AFC North: Steelers, The AFC North is the toughest division with 3 divisional winner teams (Bengals & Ravens). I believe the Steelers are the most overrall team in the North, they can match up offensively with the Bengals and play top 10 defense. Only the new coaching scheme can hold the Steelers back

AFC South: Colts, Every year they lose key players but their excellent coaching staff replaces them. I considered the Jags but the jaguars are like Vikings; good running attacks, special teams, defenses, offensive lines but shaky QB and WR situations. Jack Del Rio has a better version of the 05-06 Jags (12-4) but I don't think they can overcome the Colts.

AFC West: Chargers, Excellent D, Shawne Merriman, Best RB, TE, and Offensive line in the league. If Marty was still the coach this team would be a lock for the division title. I do not think the Broncos will win the divison because of their defense. Dre Bly and Champ Bailey can't help their weak front 7 and aging safeties. I like the Bronco's offense though, Travis Henry will have a monster year and that will help Cutler, not to mention their improved revieving corps [/code]

I agree with all of this. I'm just hoping the Saints were playing over their heads last year. The stats certainly didn't match the roster.

This team isn't a joke. They had a lot of injuries problems with there defense and offense last year. With the addition of gaines adams and cato june they will be even better.

With Williams as there RB and the weak New Orleans defense I think they can easily challenge NO. He had no passing game at all last year and still had 111 yard game. You act like NO is this unstoppable force. They played great last year in a very weak NFC with injuries on a lot of the top teams. Let's see how they do this year.

I never said New Orleans was unstoppable, but their season wasn't a fluke, they played good all the way through the playoffs and just came up a little short against the best defense in the NFC in the Championship game. Don't come out and say we have Williams and Garcia and think all of the sudden you're team is going to leap from a 4-12 season to a conference championship. Its just not going to happen, Tampa Bay has a lot of rebuilding to do yet.

i see no way tampa bay isnt picking in the top 10, that team was horrible last year and that defense is aging despite gaines and cato june coming to the defense. gruden could get the axe this year.
