Terrible move by the NFL, even if the NFL had good intentions the move is going to recieve some negative backlash.

I don;t think it is unusual though.. Hasen't the nfl done this before? Alebit not in a very heated playoff race.

Cowboys/Eagles is the most anticipated game of the week so they moved it. No conspiracy.

It's not unusual. They moved the second Falcons/Panthers game and I'm sure they have moved others this year. I think they do it as they see fit after week 10 or so.

If it was the most anticipated game the NFL would have moved it to 8:15 and moved the SD/Den game back to its original 4:15 time slot.

that's not true at all, cbs and fox can each protect one game a week and since fox knows the cowboys score the biggest ratings there was no way they were giving them up when they're in the thick of the playoffs

and yes the nfl has done this before, they do it all the time

Most anticipated game of the week? That would be Denver/San Diego. Dallas/Eagles doesn't really crack the top 5 for me.

I'm surprised FOX went through with this knowing how you felt.

But Denver/San Diego is already on SNF. I was talking about the 1pm games.

I think the Eagles are the kind of team that'll want to stick it to their rivals no matter how dire the situation is. There's a decent point to this article, and it would be more relevant if the Cowboys were playing against a different opponent.

I can see where everybody is coming from..to a certain degree..
But this is the Eagles and Cowboys..as an eagles fan if any of the players are not up for it...they shouldnt play for the Eagles..

No disrespect to other divisions (in probably any sport)...but the NFC east has the best rivalries..and if a player cant get psyched for it..they shouldnt be playing at all...
