Maybe this is a good thing, he'll realize he still has fans and isn't playing to the level his fans think he should be playing, and decides to play at the level which he knows he can. Yes optimism out of my mouth, you KNOW it's Christmas. :)

But seriously, I doubt it stands, McGrady had a pretty size-able lead over Iverson last season going into the final week of voting, and mysteriously enough with McGrady being hurt and the fact that he was talking of declining the invitation to the game, Iverson "passed" up McGrady, lol.

Oh wow, I didn't even know he would get past Paul. I doubt it stands. Paul definitely deserves the mod over T-Mac. And even if he makes the team I doubt he plays.

this is a disgrace. michael finley deserves the all star nod more than the quitter, no heart mcgrady. how he can be on that court and watch battier and artest play balls out, and still not give effort just amazes me

LOL man I understand the username was a long time ago , but at least replace T-Mac in your sig with a picture of Hayes or something.

Don't worry, the NBA will fix the results just like they did last yr. Last yr the last public totals had T-Mac in the lead in votes, then the final results had Iverson overtaking him. The NBA simply discounted the Chinese vote total.(Notice how Yao last yr lost 1/3 of his votes from the previous yr. And no,none of the other Centers got many votes, they had about same total as previous yr.) The NBA will simply discount a China vote at a higher rate to get what it wants.

BTW,
As someone who is sick of the LeBron hype,I'm cracking up that LeBron is only third in voting and just a few thousand votes ahead of Wade.

China > New Orlean.

This is not about China. T-Mac was already famous before he join Rockets. Look like Harris and Carter. They get no love for being Yi's teammates.

Actually, China has a lots of people dislike McGrady. They think McGrady is the reason why Yao is still can't get the champion.

What do you mean keep it up guys? Only a Rockets or NBA homer would vote for him. If he makes it I will be so pissed. Paul will get snubbed as the starter.

Rafer Alston... lol... Even Mehmet Okur has more votes than Deron Williams.

I am voting for McGrady from now on.

Return to Houston Rockets
