Lakers fans shouldn't talk about the refs helping another team. How many teams were robbed of the title during the early 21st century by the Lakers and their refs. Sacramento and San Antonio both have been screwed over in the past because David Stern wanted LA to win.

Maybe if the Lakers defense wasn't soft as butter they could have made it a series. How does a team on their homecourt lose a 24 point lead? I suppose the refs made that one happen too.

when you play great and get shafting in game 2 then you realize no matter how hard you work, in the end the refs will take it away--plain and simple.

When Ray Allen blew by Vujacic like he was a statue was that because of the refs. Face it the C's were just a better team.

I think the guy, known as return to glory, on your site who posted the WINDOW IS CLOSED thread might be Paul Pierce, He is indicating that it was fun while it lasted saying Pierce and KG can't finish the games anymore. I also read Pierce thinks the team is too serious this year. I think Paul is not feeling the hard work it is to put that face on when he goes to the rim or maybe the knee is acting up from the finals again lol....

Geez...is that all you have left? Check the standings we still have the top record in the league. Celtics or Cavs will win the next title. What will be the excuse this year now that Bynum is back?

All I'm saying their seems to be a lot of panic on this board, no size on front line from the bench. Dikemebe turns you guy's down. Pierce saying team is too serious, Ray and Rondo fighting because they are losing and then the Golden state hammers you guys lol..... After shocks I guess... Not to mention Perkins shoulder hurt again. Not sounding good w/ the Cavs getting home court, I think the Lakers' will be playing them this year. No PJ Brown this year to beat them IMO.

Everyone on this board knows we need to get a center and small forward for our bench. But since we are the champs we will get players to come to our team for cheap. We did it last season with P.J., Posey and Sam Cassell before we'd even won a title.

I don't see Posey, PJ or Cassell on this team and Dikembe said no thanx. So I guess Marbury will be on the wish list or maybe Scalabrine will turn it on and surprise me.

There were about two bad calls in that video. The offensive foul on Kobe, and when he ran through the screen on Pierce. The other "bad calls" are just idiots trying to rationalize the loss.

As far as claiming they blew a lead because they got shafted by the refs... are you mentally challenged? One thing has absolutely nothing to do with the other. I'm sure Kobe said, "Hey guys, I know we're up 24 but let's not try this half because it's rigged. Let's go out there and give them game!" L-M-A-O!
