The Celtics come back to mortality when 3 of PGA and Rondo aren't "ON",
AND two of their main 3 bench players (Tony, Eddie and Leon) aren't "ON."

So, they really need 6 of their top 8 "On" (includes Perk).

Options to solidify bench for playoffs disappearing with rumor of
Mutombo returning to Houston and Mourning to Miami.

Celtics seem to be waiting for Joe Smith to get bought out,
rather than offering Scal + (Giddens or Pruitt) for 35 year old Smith.

Giddens could be better than Tony, but probably not this year, and maybe not next year.

If Marbury is cut loose, he's the perfect candidate for Pruitt's spot.
Then maybe Scal + Pruitt for Joe Smith,
but OKC doesn't have a roster spot for a 2 for 1. Darn.

Sign 36 year old Grant Hill over the summer, he has the same agent as Ray Allen,
or offer Giddens + Cassell (who would be waived) to Phoenix
if they are willing to torpedo their season,
which right now they obviously are not.
