Anyone know if Perkins is going to play?

Salmons hs been playing well for them. I wonder if Ray or Paul or going to be on him.

"First they’d like to get their lineup together, and Kendrick Perkins [stats] is hopeful of returning against the Kings tonight from the left shoulder strain that kept him out Friday. He will get more treatment today before a final decision is made."

Looks like it's up in the air.....Hope there's a POB start if no Perk, why not? (well, I guess there's the obvious question of olive-oil defense)

Celtics up by 40,

and I'm praying that the Celtics find a replacement for Glen Davis.

And wishing that Perk could hold onto the ball.

Sheesh.

POB cannot be any worse than BBD. Why are he and Pruitt not in here during garbage time?

This helps to ease the pain from the Patriots.

KG, Amazing. 23 minutes, 21 points on 11 shots, 11 rebounds.

Ray Amazing. 30 minutes, 19 points on 8 shots, 4 rebounds, 3 assists, no fouls, 1 TO.

Patrick 0'Bryant had a Paddy O'Bryant game.
He scored, he rebounded, he shot a high FG%, and blocked shots.
Paddy also commits tons of TO's, fouls, and needs to add some muscle to his frame.
This boy is going to be a player, someday.

Pruitt is looking better.

And Glen Davis, well, good luck next year when you're MVP of Maccabi Tel Aviv.

Awesome game overall. Ray and KG were great. This was the kind of effort I wanted out of KG in the G.S. game. Perkins makes a huge difference in the middle. His 12 rebounds and 4 blocks in only 27 minutes were huge.

Doc needs to find a seat for Big Baby and play POB a few minutes other than during blow outs. We need a tall center off the becnh that can shoot, rebound and alter some shots. Sounds like POB. I still have hope for the kid in the second half of the season. He will IMO be able to contribute to this team with the help of Perkins, KG, and Clifford Ray.

The 45 point loss by the Kings must be the worst lost at home in their history.

maybe. Maybe it's just Perkins but I still don't know what we did diffrent tonight then last night to have a team lose by 45 and only shoot somewhere below 30%.

Baby has finally had me seen the light, dammit both POB and Baby suck.

POB played well in 7 minutes of gargabe time. 5 points on 2-2 shooting, 4 rebounds, and 3 blocks. However he had 4 fouls also. But that is mainly because he was trying to impress and was over excited. Big Baby was bad. 1-5 shooting and now is shooting about 34% from the field.

As far as Perkins, his rebounding, blocks and overall defense helped us a lot in the early going. IMO, Perkins is a big part of our success with his toughness, rebounding, and blockiong and altering shots. His presence was missed in the G.S. game.

Perkins is important to our team, but both KG and Ray were nearly perfect from the field tonight, so that had something to do with our win too.

Perkins would be important on almost any other well-coached team too.

i'm trying hard to be happy for this win but can't, maybe if we could win 19 straight again before beating the lakers for the 20th on feb 5th, maybe then i would be happy again but not now.
