Innocent until proven guilty.

"totallyr" is an idiot for the comment above. Let the legal process run it's course, and then judge the man.

Blank will keep Vick until the case has run it's path. If he cuts him now, a whole bunch of legal problems could follow. I say only cut him if he is found guilty.

Sources: Vick Apologizes To Falcons' Owner
Several league sources told ESPN.com on Wednesday night that Vick spoke by phone with owner Arthur Blank earlier in the day. The call was initiated by Vick, who Tuesday was indicted by federal authorities on charges related to an illegal dogfighting ring.

yes, innocent until proven guilty.... but there's really nothing left for michael vick... i can't see being innocent.. this is a federal indictment and there's a conspiracy charge against him...

This entire situation has created a dark cloud of the city of Atlanta and mixed feelings between Falcon fans, so I don't distasteful remarks or comments are necessary.

I feel sorry for you Falcons fans, but Michael Vick is human scum who has no regard for life. I really hope the Falcons do the right thing and release him and pick up Culpepper.

I don't know if any of you atl fans care, or if this has been stated but when feds charge some one that person is found guilty 95 percent of the time. Maybe

Vick might be an exception to this but you got to think the feds know what type of coverage this case is going to get so they better get it right if they do it at all.

I brought this up to a friend of mine today that hates Vick wish a passion. Vick better be praying because he's going to need all the faith he can possible get on his side.

First, let's look on the bright side. We'll probably never have to hear them play "Who let the dogs out" at the Georgia Dome ever again.

Now for a little more sobering info. The actual percentage of Federal indictments that lead to conviction is 99% (2000-2005). 90% of those indicted plea out, of the remaining 10% that go to trial 95% of those result in a conviction (which adds up to 99% convicted).

I am reserving criticism until I see how this all does play out. Not just for Vick, but I am curious how many other famous people (athletes, rappers, etc.) get implicated before all is said and done. But I do have to make one last shot wisecrack though, he really should have just did cock fighting, chickens are less sympathetic than dogs.

Man I hate PETA. I want to go to their protest. Buy a bucket of KFC, take a big bite out of a chicken leg and dare them to hit me. Once they hit me or assault me by throwing something at me, I sue them for millions of dollars and have them all arrested.

Yes I have thought this out.
