He has to get used to not being #1 on his team like he has been his whole life. He hasn't had the athleticism around him either. So picking up the speed and going up strong under the basket is going to come with time.
I think he will be solid, obviously not the impact player that Mayo will be, but we can't fully judge the trade until we use that cap space we freed up and see if we trade Miller for something.

I don't know that we can make the call on Mayo just yet. Sure he is an impact scoring player, but he hasn't shown that he can create offense by slashing, kicking out, creating offense, and making defensive plays. There seems to be an overobsession with scoring, don't get me wrong scoring is important, but most people seem to overlook the fact that Kevin Love has been more responsible for wins than what Mayo is responsible for.
