--- Just so everyone can start "09 with a laugh, or several, perhaps accompanied by a choking fit and coffee/coke/whatever up the nose - I'd like to see A Morrison end up here. I have a weird enthusiasm for the guy. I saw him get some decent PT in a Bobcats game and he has some real skills.
No, defense isn't one of them.

--- As an addendum to that, I found this:

Adam Morrison (Bobcats): There is a funny story that floated around the NBA regarding the 2006 NBA Rookie Orientation – during the program the rookie class was asked, which players thought they would average more than 15 points their rookie season? Two players raised their hands. The group was then asked how many of you think you'll average more than 15 minutes per game? The same two players raised their hands. Those two players were Adam Morrison and JJ Redick. Pretty interesting considering neither can get off the bench for their respective teams despite coming into the NBA with impressive collegiate careers. Both have the same problem and in Morrison's case few people doubt his ability to shoot the ball, but can he do anything else at this level? The Charlotte Bobcats have had Morrison on the trading block almost all year and there is almost no interest at all, and while Adam has logged just a few tenths of a minute less than Orlando's JJ Redick – Adam at 16.3 in 28 games versus JJ's 16.7 in 21 games, he like Redick does not seem to have much value in the trade market. Both players may go on to have NBA careers, neither will ever be the star caliber players they envisioned for themselves, and neither look to return any value to their teams in trade either.

--- Can I pick 'em, or what? And the sad thing is, I still think he can play ....

Tucker, Barbosa & 2nd rdr for Ross, Lowry & Buckner.

Lowry on the Suns would be perfect.

Return to Phoenix Suns
