I agree with the above. Hedo isn't as good as last year but he will still help your team out a lot. Amare for Wade is a fairly even swap. You lose a little but going from Chandler to Hedo will make up for it. You'll miss the assists, but enjoy nice gains in your percentages.

I'd do that straight away, and drop Marvin or Ford. Really heavy on guards...you have 6x who qualifty at point guard...

Marvin and Ford are too good to drop. It is true that he has many PGs, but then he should be looking to make a trade, not to drop a good player... Chandler is the one who should be dropped, he has been playing like **** all year long.

Chandler at least has some potential as a shotblocker/rebounder which is what he's weak in, especially with JO hurt and Bynum slowing somewhat...
