Anyone want Maggette??
Title says it all. As far as we're concerned he can be had for a bag of chips and a hot dog. So anyone want him and what could you offer? (Seriously, we'd almost accept anything at all)

Maybe for Scal, House, and a little bit of filler, then sign Marbury to replace House at the 1. Sounds like a make or break desperate set of moves. His contract's long but not terribly large on a per year basis.

Re: Anyone want Maggette??
I don't know what his angle is but apcoxy posting the claim GSW would take "anything for him" may be HIS opinion but,as for the "WE" part....I wasn't onboard. My part of "WE", is willing to consider any sensible trade. GSW is not in the Lux Tax,can use a SF that rebounds..gets to the line....oh..and scores 20-22 per at about 2/3 of what the Celts pay for Ray Allen. I doubt Boston has any real way to trade for Maggette or a need. The FUNNY thing is that apcoxy has made any " RealGM" Maggette trade..pretty much irrelevant,by disconnecting the REAL WORLD from his scapegoating.
Thanks for playing.
Scalabrine? Saw that coming.....

Re: Anyone want Maggette??
Maggette, Brandon Wright to OKC, Wilcox and Mason to GSW makes sense.

Re: Anyone want Maggette??
Scal + Tony Allen + House for Maggette works if House agrees.
I'm not sure if (A) Maggette is enough of a problem to warrent being traded for this little, or (B) the celtics would be willing to commit this much money to a "problem" player like Maggette. However, I have always like Maggette, and thought he has been treated a bit unfairly. Maggette can attack the rim as well as any guard-forward this side of LeBron, and his defense (in my opinion) is not nearly as bad as it is had out to be. It makes some sense to me.
Rotation After Trade
1) Rondo / (resigned House, Cassell, Pruitt, Marbury)
2/3) Pierce / Ray / Maggette
4/5) unchanged... Garnett / Perk / Powe / Davis
