Understandable. What if T-Mac shuts it down and the season is essentially lost? A similar contract and a prospect (Farmar) wouldn't be something the Rockets would be interested in?

Would you guys take JO straight up? He's actually been a welcome addition to our low post scoring and defence, and still has quite a bit left. He's about as injury prone as T Mac, and at the same stage of career. Same amount of money and length of deal. Gives you another quality big to play with or without Yao. We just need T Mac's playmaking ability much more than we need JO's low post skills.

Seems pretty fair to me, and I'm not sure either of our teams could get more for our oft injured former all-stars.

What good is Odom's expiring to us???? and by us i mean rockets fans.

I like it... I think the drop off of Bibby to Alston is what makes the Hawks say no, even though Battier is a lot better than Evans, not to mention that T-Mac is playin like garbage and the Hawks are playing pretty well.

I doubt the Hawks would do that even for Joe Johnson alone.

Cleveland: Low risk-high reward trade...doesn't hurt their plans for 2010...might disrupt chemistry?
Milwaukee: Create salary cap space...solid rotation players in Landry and Pavlovic...kills their playoff hopes.
Houston: Redd compliments Yao...Elson is a decent back up...hurts their plan for 2010.

If we're trading T-Mac and Landry, we can probably find a better deal than Elson and Redd.

Don't get me wrong, I like Redd, but Elson is trash.

I'd think about that trade, but it would never happen.

Hell would have to freeze over for Morey to make a deal with the Mavs.

You can switch Elson with Charlie Villanueva and the deal still works.

I figured Elson be better since he can play center too in case Mutombo doesn't play well.
