I don't know myself but if we keep playing like this, I wouldn't like to see how friday's game is gonna play out

west was 1-5 from 3, big Z is out, Mo was 4-13 from the field. Heck, if the cavs wouldn't have missed 7 free throws they would've won this game. Momma said there would be days like this.

The Cavs have peaked, it would help if the supporting cast can shoot at least 40%, or is that asking for too much?

I don't mind if missing shots was the problem...but to get outboarded 52-35 by the Wizards is embarassing. That speaks of our effort.

In a way I am glad we lost this game...obviously the close game on Christmas didn't wake us up. Maybe this Loss to one of the worst teams in the league will wake us up.

Losing by missing shots= no problem
Losing by being outworked= big problem

Wizards had NINETEEN offensive rebounds!!!!

Like I have said all season: Our bench is weak.

The only guy we could count on every day was Andy. And now he isn't on the bench. So we have no real threat off our bench. That is maybe something we should focus our trade-ideas on, as-opposed to starting-type fringe all-stars.

Maybe get Collison and Mason from OKC for Wally. That would strengthen our bench big time, and if Wally followed-through, and came back... then we have him also.

I really don't want Wally back.

I thought for sure he would be great here..but the one thing he is supposed to be good at he has sucked at.

As bad as we played today, if he hits just ONE of the THREE wide open threes, the momentum for us would have been huge.

He can't play defense, he can't rebound, he is slow...IF he could shoot 40%+ from three then maybe he could have a few minutes, but he is NOT close to that.

No.. In fact, this could be a blessing in disguise on a couple of fronts...

#1. Any struggles will put the Cavaliers management in a more urgent pace to make sure we can make a great deal to improve the club... At no point did I like the "chemistry talk" in regards to not making a move..

#2. *If* recovered from injury ? We should have a much fresher Ilgauskas come playoff time, and that can only help..

I never thought we would maintain with Boston for HC anyways... So in regards to that, it's irrelevant IMO... And I'm okay with that because I don't believe we need HC to beat Boston or LA... However, we do need to stay in front of the Spurs IMO, because they are the team laying in the weeds... I don't see LAL beating a healthy Spurs team in the west... And I don't see the Cavs beating a healthy Spurs team without HC...

^Agree with L&H except for HC. I don't want to play BOS in another game 7 on the road again, and then possibly have to beat LA in a similar situation. That's real difficult to do.

Outside of Houston in 94 not many teams have pulled something like that off. Especially when you factor in that we are the best home team in the NBA.

I think we need to find a way to stay within striking distance of LA and BOS for home court if at all possible.

I think we need HC and I still think we need to make one more move.
