My friend told me about this the day after it happened. Didn't know why it didn't come out sooner. I heard shaq came down to pick him up too.

Next thing we know is he'll be traded to NY just like Marbury after his DUI.

Will depend how far over 0.08 he was, or if he was even.

You get a lot of problems when you give a ton of money to people who are used to a lifestyle of having none.

Is Arizona law different? Over here in California, you don't have to be .08 to be charged with a DUI. .08 is just guideline for us.

That's crazy! But I think here in the states we probably need more laws like that, to protect us from our own stupidity.

Wow...

You can have around 1 beer every hour-hour and a half here and be alright after 3-4...

Not worth it though. If I'm driving I have one beer, then waters/juice rest of the night...

SO now because a guy drinks too much while driving we have to trade him?

I thought we paid players to play basketball...guess I'm wrong.

Look I could understand the need to trade him if he killed somebody or even beat his wife, that's terrible. But for DRINKING?! Come on, that can happen to anybody. It's stupid, but it can happen. And it doesn't mean you can't do ur job.

I wonder what would have happened had Jerry not shipped off Kidd and Cliff for their DUI and Domestic abuse charges. I remember at the time he really wanted people with a spotless record but with Sarver I don't see him really caring that much.
