with nate struggling with his shot is a good move to pick up a player of waivers?

Don't drop him for anyone there. He is much more valuable than that.

Try and do a 2-for-1 deal then pick up Gordon (no idea what he is doing on the wire)

Actually, looks like your team doesn't really need gordon.

I'd ditch Haslem for Warrick or Blatche. Leaning towards Warrick
