Scala because he is a liability whenever he's on the court. Only time I see him shoot is from behind the 3 point and he's not even good at that.
House because all he can do is shoot 3's. He can't defend or bring up the ball with pressure on him. I'd rather see Marbury or Cassell get his minutes. Guys who have played the position effectively.
Pruitt because even though he has potential he's still a kid and we have too many of those on the roster right now. Plus we already have a starting point guard that is young we don't need a backup that is too. What we need is a veteran point guard for 4th quarters of games if Rondo isn't playing well.
replace them with a
Center (ex: Gadzuric?), Small forward (ex: A.Walker?) and Point guard (ex: Marbury?)

Re: We should get rid of Scala, House and Pruitt
Getting rid of Pruitt on the basis of his youth is the kind of thinking that resulted in Joe Johnson getting traded. In Pruitt's case, he's a very talented player who (by everyone's accounts that follows the team more than we do, i.e. Gorman, Heinsohn, Russilo, Marshall, even Holley) deserves more minutes and development than he's been getting. Doc's reluctance to develop young players ahead of less-talented veterans is well-documented (Raef/Blount over Al/Perk, Scal over Gomes, Scal over Powe, and now House over Pruitt), so I don't see the logic here.
Who are all these young, undeveloped players that we already have? I think of Davis, Powe, and Rondo as being well-developed relative to their abilities as NBA players. O'Byrant, Walker, Giddens, and Pruitt all need development, sure, but they all play at different positions and appear to have the talent level to at least be legitimate backups on our team. If anything I think this team is suffering from the Obie syndrome of trying to push the veterans too hard at the cost of non-existant development of a talented pool of less experienced players. We're witnessing first-hand what that leads to: tired vets and a stale bench that needs a kick in the pants. If you want to jettison a player like Davis on the basis of his relative lack of production despite ample opportunities on the court, that's fine...still, I believe Pruitt's potential and skill-set (which includes outside shooting that nobody brings off the bench besides House) is too valuable to ignore.

I would dump Scal in a New York Minute, but Pruitt is still young and Eddie is a sniper...
It's still 17 to 11!!!!

Your right, but all of these replacements should've been done in the off-season through free agency.
Rondo doesn't believe in easy buckets...

I don't know why anyone thought the brainless TA or undisciplined BBD were going to be studs...we must have all been delusional (Danny included!)

Nobody wants Scal
Pruitt won't get us much if anything and he's got some promise to him. I keep him.
House won't get us much either and I'd rather keep him. We need his 3 point shooting. When he's on he's money.
Trade Baby...but then again what can we really get for him?

I wouldn't compare this situation to the Joe Johnson one. We were a bad team back then and couldn't get veteran free agents to come to Boston for cheap. Now we are a title team that needs help now not later. Players like PJ and Posey helped us get banner 17 not end of the bench young guys who might be great someday. I'm willing to screw up the future a bit if it means we will get title 18 and 19.

I would rather keep Scal and dump Baby...at least Scal has SOME skills, limited as they are...Davis brings NOTHING to the table other than a big appetite, 6 fouls, and some wideness...

Sorry MIO, I'm going to have to disagree with you on this one. Baby would be an alright 3rd string C/PF. He has more range and more ability to his game then Scala.
