Udonis Haslem or Kendrik Perkins?

Who would you take in a 10-team head-to-head league (FG%/FT%/3PTM/PTS/REBS/ASTS/STLS/BLKS/TOS): Udonis Haslem, Kendrik Perkins, Anderson Varejao, or Boris Diaw. I currently have Haslem on my team but his inconsistency really bugs me (i guess I'd deal with that from any of those listed players) and he's the weakest link on my team. The rest are free agents. Perkins may be an upgrade, I think.

Stats from last month:

Perkins: 11.0 points (62% fg, 57% ft), 9.6 rebs, 1.1 assists, 0.3 steals, 1.8 blocks, and 2.6 to's.

Haslem: 9.5 points (46% fg, 54% ft), 8.7 rebs, 1.5 assists, 0.7 steals, 0.5 blocks, 1.5 to's.

Any advice?

I'd take Perkins first or Diaw second over Haslem. Perkins is going to give you the legit big man stats you are looking for and he's one of the better shot blockers in the league. Diaw will give you nice stats as well so I guess it depends on what you need. I picked Perkins up about a month ago and he's been a very nice addition to my team and will continue to get better as the year goes on. I don't see anything but upside with Perkins now that he's proven he can bring it consistently every night.

it depends on your needs. you know what each player brings to the table so go with the one that helps your team the most

Tough one. I like Perkins but his ft% and TO kill me occasionally. Udonis is pretty solid but he gives you decent rebounds, and percentages. The knock with him is blocks. I would have to go with Udonis if your willing to dump blocks.
