Jason Terry and Rudy Gay for Chris Duhon and Paul Millsap

Post#1 » by xxkazenokizuxx » Sun Jan 4, 2009 11:38 pm

I'm the one getting Terry/Gay, but I'm hesitant to trade Millsap because of his dominating play as of late. Boozer will be out for a bit so Millsap should still be quite productive. Should I do it?

well I would take the deal. Rudy alone will get you a better and more proven player than Millsap plus Boozer should come back before the fantasy playoff.

Yes, do it. Gay has been in a struggle as of late, but he will turn things around. Terry has been solid all year long, one of the big surprises in fantasy thus far.

Millsap has been doing extremely well with Boozer out, but once Boozer will be back, he's minutes will take a bump. Duhon is playing ok in NY, but he's still Duhon.

Give me Gay and Terry all day long.

Darn the guy changed it to Lamar Odom rather than Terry. Any thoughts now?

A whole lot less you get right now. I would hold on to Millsap and Duhon in this trade. Try to get someone else than Odom.

His only other available players are Ridnour, Bonner, Chris Andersen, Kaman, Marvin Williams and Grant Hill. I prefer not to take on the injury ridden Kaman and Marvin seems like he's pretty hurt.

Keep Millsap and Duhon then. Or try to trade again once Kaman is back at full strength.

I definitely wouldn't do it for Odom and Rudy

New update on the trade. He is now proposing Deron Williams and Rudy Gay for Ben Gordon and Paul Millsap. Thoughts?

I would do it. Millsap is very good right now, but his value all depends on when Boozer comes back. Deron seems to be back at full strenght right now, so his best games are ahead of us and then he's definitely a top 30 fantasy player. Gay seems to be getting out of his slump so I think that his best games are ahead of us as well. Do it.

That's definitely noth veto worthy. I currently have Deron at 89 and Gay at 73, whereas both Millsap and Gordon are top 50 players. However, I think that by the end of the year both Williams and Gay will be top 40 players and the valuable of Millsap and Gordon can't be higher than right now.
