Tim Tebow is the greatest college QB of our generation.

I must admit, I just love watching Tebow play....he just wills his team to win.

On a side note, Sam Bradford will be a huge NFL bust, all year he never got touched, tonight he got touched a little and you see what what happened.

I'm not saying he'll be a bust in the NFL at QB, but honestly...the things you could do in an offense with him at FB *dream sequence*...

I don't think Bradford was that bad tonight. The pick at the goal line was a fluke that bounced off a guys foot and the other one was in the receivers hands and got dropped before getting stolen for an INT. The Oklahoma offensive line run blocked well, but didn't pass block well and Bradford simply had little to no time to throw on some of those plays. The Sooners blew two golden chances for scores inside the five yard line and it cost them badly. I wouldn't take him at the very top of the draft, but i think he's still a fine pro prospect. He's got size, is accurate, has a decent arm, and has some mobility.

As with all these spread QB's, there will be a sizable learning curve once they get to the NFL. One reason that Ryan was able to play as a rookie was he played in a pro style offense in college. Both Tebow and Bradford rarely ever take a snap from center and are going to have to be taught footwork. Bradford is going to have to learn to study defenses as he comes to the line of scrimmage vs how the Sooners do things where the QB looks to the sidelines for the call after the coaches see how the defense lines up.

These new exotic offenses so many college teams run will test the scouting ability of NFL people, so few college teams now run a pro style offense. QB's rarely take snaps from center anymore. Instead of reading defenses at the line of scrimmage, the new rage is for the whole offense to line up quick and then look back at the sideline for the play call after the coordinator sees how the defense lines up. The learning curve once these guys hit the NFL will take longer because NFL teams don't spend all game in the shotgun, don't run triple options, and these QB's will actually have to read defenses pre-snap instead of a coach doing it for them.

It isnt green.

Two National Championships and one Heisman. On top of that hes a junior.

I pray he doesn't end up with da Bears or the Queens. I think he'll still wind up going late in the first despite what the "experts" say. I could see Tampa Bay interested too. Actually the Vikes don't even have a first round pick come to think of it. That's a relief.

I thought he had an okay game yesterday. Not great but not poor either.

I don't think he'll declare for the NFL draft anyways.

He is a great college qb on a great team. Percy Harvin and the Defense have as much to do with that NC as him.

As great as he has been in college, i dont think he will amount to anything special in the nfl

Tebow will seldom throw for 300 yards and 2-3 tds a game like Brees and Brady, but he's a game manager. The guy protects the ball and moves the chains. You don't necessarily have to be a prolific passer to be successful in the NFL. He'd be a great fit on a team like the Bears who like to run. Just because he won't put up gaudy passing stats doesn't mean he won't translate into a successful pro.

500 yards on the ground with 8 rushing tds and 5 patds was pretty solid for a backup frosh qb if you ask me. Not to mention a National Title.

Actually, 3 years ago at this time he hadn't even started college classes yet. I suppose it's possible DB made the assertion based upon high school film, but he probably did mean two years ago.

He would definatly keep the defenses honest in the NFL. There would be a lot of QB draws and fake QB draw jump passes. This is one of those guys that if you predict how he's going to be as a pro you could have a job in the NFL. I have no clue but you have to admire his determination.

haha at somebody saying they could see him going in the first round. The guy will not be a great NFL QB. Possibly a good one. He needs a ton of work. His throwing motion is just far too delayed and long. I say a high 3rd rounder. I would like to see him running around like that going against the Ray Lewis, Willis, basically any LB in the NFL. He would get smashed. I just dont see it
