I know many of you guys here at the Lakers board don't usually roam over to the general board to often. some of us do and get our a$$es handed out us sometimes and some times we do a great job against non Lakers fans.
anyway the reason I open this thread is because there is a classic Lakers related thread in the general board that is a must read for lakers fans. it is about 18 pages now and I recommend that you read it from start to finish. it really gets funny around page 15, but it is worth reading the whole thing.

Re: classic thread
I've seen this already it's the thread of the year for the GB, NetsForce is for one is a dude who knows ball and has excellent takes on subjects. NetsForce has the whole Celtic board on hush with this thread and I loved every minute of it, especially when he posted that graphics chart it was an instant classic.

Re: classic thread
For those who don't know there is actually 2 classic threads on the General Board, this is one, and the other one is this one:
viewtopic.php?f=6&t=864515
After the Celtics great start, a Celtic fan had the nerve to post this, and I'm so thrilled his own post came back and hit him in the face:

DieselCeltic wrote:You know what makes them THE GREATEST TEAM IN THE NBA HISTORY ?? They are breaking every SINGLE RECORD that there is to beat. I seriously think they will win more than 72 games this year. This is what makes them THE BEST IN THE NBA HISTORY. And you know what's even sweeter. THIS TEAM IS ONLY 2 YEARS OLD PEOPLE....2 FREAKING YEARS.....other great teams have been together for YEARS before becoming something special. What other team in the NBA history won a championship after being the worst team in the league season before. I could go on and on but I'll end it right here.
Guys, you will be telling your grandchildren and your grandchildren will be telling their children about this line up:
Rajon Rondo
Ray Allen
Paul Pierce
Kevin Garnett
Kendrick Perkins.
And for the people that are saying Boston needs more championships, uuhhh they have 17 in the bad, and 99% 18th one on the way... yeah thats some record isn't it.
