How much pf/c's do they need? That's a bad trade imo if it's just Wally for Camby

Good, then the Clippers buy out Wally and he becomes our SF shooter on the 2nd unit. It all works. :)

We are in deep trouble if they get Camby for Wally Sz...whatever. I don't know how we could do a counter move. We don't have the 2 vital things they have, which is a large expiring deal and a first rounder.

How is this a bad trade? Wally Sucks and Camby is averaging 13/12. Their defense will be even more amazing if they get him.

Wally is the reason why the cavs such a huge advantage of the celtics: The cavs actually have a tradable bench player while the celtics do not.

Celtics have no counter. What scares me is that this team really has no way of getting better this year. No one wants are crap bench players and they free agents that are out there are, well free agents for a reason.

Yeah, how much 10/10 guys do they need though?
I'd think they'd be happy with Ben as their anchor, now they'll be overloaded from 15ft in with Z, Varejao, Wallace, Camby and their guy of the future they need to get pt, Hickson. Sure, it makes sense now that Ilgauskaas is out, but what about when he comes back? are they gonna play Lebron at the 2 now? This won't be the end all trade if it does go down, one of the bigs will be moved imo.

Did you guys even read the freaking article. It's effing pathetic homerism. Some Northern Ohio writer speculating for his favorite team to get a DPOY for Wally's contract. We know how rumors always go down!! Rolls eyes..

Yeah, we definitely have no way of getting better. Unless we play better, which, as you've previously stated, is not an option

Are you serious? Cavs would be raping the Clippers if they got Camby. You can never have too many sollid bigs. Besides he's better then Ben Wallace. He can score and shoot free throws. They could always just trade Varjao for Marion also.

Maybe you should try looking at the wiretap. Do you want me to write your posts too?

cfan79, I really was hoping this was one of your crazy trade ideas... But if this deal goes down, it really is going to push the Cavs over the top. We really need PJ back.

You know you're only allowed to play 5 guys at once, right? One center at a time.

Yeah, but you also know that Z is hurt and Camby is exponentially better than Big Ben, rigtht?

IMO, the Cavs' biggest weakness was their front court depth. Now they solve that problem with Camby. Camby, Z, Big Ben and Varejao are going to make a pretty damn good defensive front line. The rest of the league is in big big trouble.

LOL, you guys are acting as if the deal has already gone down. It's some guy in Northern Ohio talking out of his rear-end. Stop it already..

...apparently JHTruth is the only person that actually read the link.

Some hack writer for the Northern Ohio News-Herald saying "and the Cavaliers might benefit from making a run at the center" is not a rumor by any definition of the word. If it is then the trade board is a friggin hot bed for exclusives.

This trade might never happen but the odds are seem pretty high that the Cavs will trade Wally/1st for something before the deadline which likely improve their team.
