Raymond Felton

Post#1 » by NashtyNas » Tue Jan 13, 2009 5:13 am

I think he could be our answer. Plays defense, can run the point, can score, has an okay shot, usually good decision making, solid backup for Nash. Do you think such a deal is good for both teams?

I'd hang on to Tucker as insurance.

Have to give him up or it won't work salary wise, unless Sarver scoops out $400,000 cash.

Definately would do that, sign me up for that trade. Would Kerr be willing to trade his golden child, Goran Dragic though?

Hmmmm... so Larry Brown would want a 1 dimensional no D psuedo PG, an questionable swingman with a handful of real game experience, and a over priced 2 yr guarenteed deal euro pg who has displayed nothing but the need to play in the D League...

with that in mind, sure, I'm all for this pipedream

Mohammed is a budget catastrophy though

Frank you're joking, right? This deal would be LOVED by the Cat's fans. They want NOTHING to do with Mohammed, and Barbosa is a perfect 2 for them. They are ALL for getting rid of Felton anyways, and this is a far better deal than getting DIOP back.

First of all, Dragic is Griffin's golden child, not Kerr's. And second, don't you think the 'Cats would have asked for Barbosa in the Richardson deal if they really wanted him? I mean come on, think about this logically.

So DB, I know the draft is still a long time away but what position do you think Suns management will look at drafting and do you know any players the Suns have there eyes on?

I can almost guarantee they look to go big again. They need to get insurance for Shaq and Amare since both may be gone at the end of next season. It seems to be all they talk about...but they haven't really mentioned any players specifically, because obviously you don't know what position you are drafting in and who is going to be coming out of college early. Obviously everyone loves Blake Griffin from Oklahoma, but he'll be long gone before the Suns draft. The good news is that most of the top prospects coming out will be smalls, so it may be a good sign.

Yeah Amare could be traded but I'm curious you brought up Shaq, his contract runs through 2010 so is he thinking about retiring?
