Another owner and I are discussing a deal for Chris Kaman. I offered him a deal last week but cancelled upon hearing Kaman is out till post-All Star Break. He then offered me the same deal a few days later. We may rekindle talks. Now my team can afford him being injured. Thats not the issue.
The issue is:
1. Do you see him being healthy at all this year?
2. By the time he plays, will the Clippers be ready to tank and not play him that much? If Camby is dealt, he would get minutes no matter what at the center spot.

Re: Chris Kaman - Worth the Risk?
well this really depends on who you are trading for him. Do I see him being healthy? No. Do I think he can be productive once he gets back? No. Why? cus both Camby and Zach are selfish players who will grab everything and kill Kaman's stat. But if you give up nothing to get him, then ya do it and look to trade him once he string together a few good games.
