Depends on the settings, but in most formats, that's a just a fair trade, hard to say who wins at first sight.

H2H... we're in a shallow league, my motivation was if craw or butler continues to suck, i can drop them pick up some good players (brand, melo, ellis, etc)

I think you're giving up too much.

Granger is an absolute stud, Bosh tantalized us with some incredible numbers early and has come back nicely after a sub-par december. Durant has exploded since the coaching change and the positional switch.

No matter how shallow your league is I wouldn't do this deal.
