Sometimes I have of these ideas where I do my best thinking...which is the crapper. Right when a brown bomb drops the solution comes to me. Also I like to play around with the tradechecker in between porn and browsing through netflix.

I guess O'Bryant and Giddens would have to be in the D-League or on the Inactive list. With Sean Williams and Cassell getting the 11th and 12th spots.

it's not bad, but it's not good either. It's just a trade.

It should be of some concern that two of the guys in this idea get no burn on an average team, while we are giving up four regulars on a championship team. Just saying.

I'd be ok with it if Marbury was on board, otherwise the backcourt gets too thin.

Williams could definately be a solid addition, and a cheap one to get... not sure who they would want in a smaller trade

I do think that both of those guys have the length/athleticism we are missing, making them worth a flier...Didn't realize that Swift's contract is worse than Scal's either (but will be a bigger expiring next year too!)

Interesting idea, could be useful for us, but might be pointless for NJ (without being terrible for them.) Maybe we should sweeten it with a #2...

Doesn't help the C's much.

I think it does because the bench needs some much needed height. Plus Sean Williams has a lot of potential defensively on a team like the Celtics.

Williams would provide athleticism and shotblocking for the second unit. Problem is that he is a known knucklehead...
