Who's Jonathan Wells? You mean Beanie?
I'd add Rey Maualuga, Aaron Maybin, Percy Harvin and BJ Raji to that list. Remove Crabtree as he'll be long gone.

Rumors say if Seattle doesnt take Crabtree, he may fall.He may run a 4.5 Harvin wont go top 10, neither will Maybin or Raji. Maybe if we trade down to 20-25 those 3 are an option

Like I said before, it's not a stretch to say that Curry could be a Patrick WIllis level linebacker. But without elite pass rushers the Packers are whistling past the graveyard.

Crabtree never make it past the Raiders.
As for Maybin, athletic DEs don't drop far. Maybin is on Scout's Inc list at #8 for a reason.
I'm not huge on Raji but when McCoy stayed in school he became the best interior lineman.
Harvin is intriguing. In the draft thread I asked the question of if you could get Reggie Bush's career at #9, would you? The average running, the injuries, but also the receiving weapon and return specialist? I don't think it's an easy answer. Nobody thought Ginn would go at #9 to Miami, but he did and now looks like a budding star.

i really like curry if he falls to 9. i think you could move him inside or outside in a 3-4. if he's not there i think you also have to look at maualuga.

Re: Poll # 9 Pick
Raji
Strengths
Thickly built. Can show bursts of quickness off the line. Naturally strong and can anchor. Can flatten down the line of scrimmage. Playing with a fury early in 2008 after being forced to miss the entire 2007 season through no fault of his own. Could be the best pure 3-4 NT prospect in the country. Brings a load, and moves it all very well. Pushes the double team block backwards, earns holding calls, active tackler for a defensive linemen, who plays with a LB mentality. Has trimmed down some this season and looks even quicker. Stamina is fine. Stuffs the run blocker, and must be accounted for on every play. Demands constant double-teaming.

Re: Poll # 9 Pick
There's no way Crabtree falls. You can no longer make the argument that receivers aren't game breakers in the playoffs with what Burress did last year and what Fitzgerald is doing this year. I mean, Calvin Johnson almost won a game or two for Detroit by himself this season. Crabtree is a game changer.
For me, it's between Everette Brown, Rey Maualuga, Malcolm Jenkins, Eben Britton, and Knowshon Moreno. I'm leaning towards Brown right now.

Out of curiosity, why Britton over the slew of other OT? Monroe, Smith, Smith, and Oher?

Partially because I think Monroe and Oher will be gone, and I think he's a better prospect than either of the Smiths - and even in the case of Oher, there are questions about his work ethic. I just think Britton can bring it in pass protection and the run game while I believe Andre Smith will struggle in pass protection and Jason Smith will struggle as a run blocker.

I would trade down slightly in the first and hope to acquire another second round pick.

I dont think he'll be there but I voted for the best defensive player and most freakishly athletic player in the draft, Brian Orakpo.
Do it for Chuck

Fair enough. I really don't know a whole lot about Britton. The times I watched Arizona, I never really made a note to check him out. So it's tough for me to comment.

Re: Poll # 9 Pick
After more deliberation, I think Aaron Curry is potentially the best player left at #9. I like him more than Maualuga and Everette Brown. Brown is an elite pass rusher but I'm afraid he's a one trick pony. As for Maualuga, who I like, I don't think he'd be getting as much buzz had he gone to Wake Forest. I think Malcolm Jenkins will be gone.
