Awesome gamethread, Gremz. If outcome of the game depended on quality of tradition, we'd win this one by 69 points.

*ahem* Sorry about that.

I think the Spurs are greatly weakened by the absence of Ian Mahinmi. His contribution to the franchise is immeasurable. If TJ and Quis don't play, it won't be a big deal for us, it's not like they're needed.

I think the real player we have to worry about is Tony Parker. Michael Finley could also pull a Peja on us and sink a bunch of corner 3's. So can Bowen.

Yep. Parker, like CP3, is too quick to try to trap. He will exploit it and find Roger Mason/Bowen/Ginobli for threes all game.

Danny had to go up against Posey yesterday and it will only get harder with Bowen on him today. I'm looking forward to seeing what Danny can do with a superior defender on him.

Hopefully Roy can get some PT this game.

We typically play San Antonio well, but who knows what tonight will bring.

It's a back-to-back after another devastating close loss to the New Orleans Hornets. This is going to be a long night.

Surprisingly though, we are hanging within distance.

Parker hasn't flipped the switch yet, but Ginobili...man.

BTW, anybody have a recent pic of Foster and his new mustache? I haven't seen it yet.

Yeah, for as poorly as we have played we are still in it. I keep switching back and forth between the game and this Inauguration Ball. Alicia Keys is beautiful, Shakira's body is amazing, Beyonce's dress left little to the imagination about her breasts, and Joe Biden's hair is comical.

Hmmm...easy mistake to make. They are both French, and they look eerily similar.

I love the fact that Tim Duncan was able to destroy Rasho and Foster for 3 quarters, and NOW O'brien puts Hibbert in now that we're down 20+ and Duncan is probably done for the night. PURE GENIUS!

Hibbert wouldnt have done anything to slow Duncan down. I actually thought our best bet for guarding Duncan was probably Rasho, due to the familiarity with him and what not. Regardless, this is probably our most uninspired effort of the season. No one is playing worth a crap...and I mean no one.

Definitely the most pathetic performance of the season. Brandon and Roy made a few pretty good defensive plays though. Gotta take something positive out of this "contest".

^While our FG% was only 37%, at least it isn't negative.
