Re: Why is my team so horrible?
The injury/underperforming gods have certainly punished you.
Only player on your squad performing better than their draft position would be Shaq/Rose. Even then, it's debatable.
So unfortunately the season is pretty much a write off.
If you tried to move any of your players, you would be getting rock bottom for them, so just hope that a few of them turn it around.
Good luck.

IMO what you can do is right now to punt both percentages and trading away solid % guys like Dunleavy/Hill(maybe even Iverson) and acquire some players like Crawford/Hedo/Harrington/Chalmers/Kidd.
Alternatively you can decide only to punt ft% and get rid of fg% killers like Artest/Felton/Jackson for players like Nene/David Lee/Millsap

Re: Why is my team so horrible?
You are mainly hit with a lot of injury.
I would try to do a 2 for 1, drop Mike Miller for someone on the waiver wire(which you should have done a month ago) and then ride it out.
Your team might start coming on hardcore if they finally stay healthy.
You have a lot of guys on teams that should be fighting for a playoff spot or jockeying for position, so you should be pretty good if you do make it to the playoffs cause your guys will be playing meaningful games at the end of the year.
